Salon Policies
● Safety is our #1 Priority! That is your safety and the safety of our technicians and other clients. If you are feeling ill, have an infection, or have tested positive for influenza or the Coronavirus, please refrain from coming into our salon and exposing others to such illnesses. We reserve the right to deny you service.
● As we are concerned with you and your children’s safety, we strictly prohibited unsupervised children in the salon. In an emergency situation, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker.
● Pets are not allowed unless they are registered as service animals.
● Masks are highly encouraged but not mandatory.
● We reserve the right to immediately stop service or deny service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated, or if the state of their health might influence the effect of the service.
● Avoid taking calls during your visit, we would love for you to fully enjoy your experience and be mindful to those around you who would appreciate the same experience as well.
● Eating during your service is not allowed.
Appointments/Rescheduling
● Please make sure to book additional services, removal, nail arts, added designs if needed. Main services do not include removal or design. If you forgot to add these extra services, you can call us during our business hours, (480)502-0097 to make sure we are able to accommodate you. if you’re unable to do so, we cannot guarantee that the services will be performed during your appointment. Please leave us a note on your appointment booking and we will communicate with you directly.
● Please be mindful of our schedule and make changes no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Canceling/No-Shows/Late Arrivals
● Please keep in mind our technicians are compensated by commission, with our policies we ensure our staff gets taken care of.
● Lash Extension Clients: Any cancellation before a 24 hour window will result in a forfeited 20% deposit. Deposit amounts will be based on the service reserved.
● Please contact us to notify us if you will be running late for your appointment. If you arrive 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, we will need to reschedule your appointment or cancel it.
Service Warranty
● We do not offer any refunds for services rendered. We will only provide you a courtesy redo if we find that the service was not up to our standards. Please communicate your needs with your technician to prevent dissatisfaction.
● Services are warranted within five (5) days after your services are rendered with an exception of services for models (no warranty). A Nail Repair charge will be applied after the fifth day.
● Please follow aftercare recommendations to maximize retention of your services.
